Following up on the update we sent last Friday, we want to let you know how you can help ensure this round of bargaining is successful. Your Bargaining Committee met on the weekend to strategize the next steps outlined in this message: now, more than ever, you need to be united in saying NO to any of the Employer's proposed cut-backs.

In the coming days, you will see several emails explaining what's at stake. In addition to this information, the following things are happening:
|

|
- YUSA task forces are meeting for strike preparedness initiatives;
- Volunteers will be calling members to discuss what's at stake;
- Posters are being printed - volunteers are needed to poster campuses. Sign-up here;
- Townhall meetings are being scheduled for the New Year; and,
- A strike mandate vote will be conducted in the New Year.
